About Carlie
Caught in the Middle
Carlie holds yoga in one hand and art in the other. Her mission is to marry the two and create Unbound spaces that transcend conditioning—worlds bursting at the seams with movement, music, and presence that inspire, ground, and mend the soul, one breath and one beat at a time.
Through yoga, Carlie has found deep devotion in practicing and teaching Vinyasa, Restorative, Bhakti, Yin, and sculpt-style formats. Drawing from immersive studies in India and over a decade of personal practice, she guides students of all levels through experiences that are both expansive and accessible—rooted in tradition, yet Unbound in expression.
Through art, Carlie explores sound, rhythm, and visual storytelling. You’ll find her striking singing bowls in sound baths, mixing music for dance floors, and capturing intimate portraits of creatives—each medium a portal into presence, play, and self-remembrance.
At the heart of all her offerings is the same intention: to remember what is already within. Whether in a yoga studio or on a dance floor, Carlie approaches space in a way that is playful yet grounded, often sweaty, and always soulful—inviting others to move, feel, and live Unbound.
